How to Use Sublimation DTF Film and Powder (Quick Guide)

Step 1: Print
Print your design mirrored on the smooth side of the sublimation DTF film using sublimation ink.

Step 2: Apply Powder
While the print is still wet, cover the design with adhesive powder. Shake off excess.

Step 3: Cure Powder
Hover heat press at 325–350°F for 2–3 minutes until powder melts and turns glossy.

Step 4: Press Design
Place film on garment, design side down. Press at 375–400°F for 45–60 seconds with medium to firm pressure.

Step 5: Cool and Peel
Let cool completely, then peel off the film.

step 6: Final Press (Recommended)
Cover with butcher paper and press again for 5–10 seconds.

Works on: Cotton, polyester, and fabric blends. For dark colors use DTF INK !
