These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

We try our hardest to ship ALL orders same business day, if not 1-3 business days based on order volume. All packages are shipped via Priority Mail and includes up to $100 insurance (excludes digital downloads ).All items are delivered via the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Crafting Besties is not responsible for products once they have been scanned/received by the postal service. You must file a claim on any packages lost, stolen & damaged. ALL SALES ARE FINAL


📦 Damage Policy

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but if your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help! To ensure a smooth process, please follow the steps below:

  1. Report Damage Within 3 Days
    All damage claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

  2. Provide Photo/Video Proof

    • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

    • A photo of the shipping label and packaging

    • Your order number

  3. File a USPS Claim
    Our shipments include $100 USPS insurance. Customers are required to file a damage claim directly with USPS:

    Once the claim is filed, please forward us the claim confirmation for our records.

  4. Resolution Options
    After we receive all required proof and claim confirmation, we’ll work with you to offer a replacement or store credit, depending on item availability and situation.
